Once our quote has been accepted, signed and returned we will email the first an invoice along with our Service Agreement. Please quote invoice number as reference in transaction details and return the service agreement to PO Box 3172, Helensvale Town Centre, Queensland, 4212
All first time client of Fresh HR Insights Pty Ltd are required to pay the 1st invoice in advance of any work commencing when the value of the invoice is less than $1,000 ex GST
All our Human Resource Consultancy services have a 20% non-refundable deposit on acceptance of our quote and prior to any commencement of work. Payment is then as per agreement but normally on a weekly invoice of the remaining amount due over a set number of weeks. Our normal terms of payment are between 3 – 6 months dependant on the level of work we have been engaged to complete.
All Invoices are payable within 7 days of invoice date. Normal day for invoice processing is a Friday. Full payment up front of the entire Human Resource package receives a 5% discount of the full quoted fee.
Non-payment of invoices will mean that any activities will stop within 3 days of the invoice not being paid and until such time as the payments are back up to date. In the event of the Client’s default or termination of the Agreement, the Fresh HR Insights is entitled to see the client to pay the balance of the Service Provider Fee.
Schedule of Work
All our quotes are based on a 3 to 6 month time frame, unless otherwise specified. At the beginning of the contract with you we sit down and work out a time line that best fits with your business requirements. Any variable’s that occur will be discussed with you as soon as they arise.
Should the work change substantially once we have begun the scope of work as per this quote we reserve the right to revise the quote to take into account changes in the scope of work required.
Legal advice from our Employment Lawyer will be charged at the rates as provided at the time any matter arise that needs professional Legal advice. You will be consulted PRIOR to any work being undertaken with our recommended Employment Lawyer
Fresh HR Insights is closed during the Easter Holidays each year and Christmas from approx. the 16th December till 16th January of the following year. We reserve the right to take other breaks with 4 weeks notice to our clients where possible. During any period of Holiday or where else it is required we may engage subcontractors or subcontract any of our obligations under the Service Agreement without the prior consent of the Client.
